Hello, everyone. My name is Svetlana Scutelniciuc. I am an HR professional and business trainer with a strong theoretical background and extensive practical experience across a wide range of industries. My journey in HR began in 2007, and ever since, I have continued to explore—actively and with great enthusiasm—new dimensions of one of the world’s most in-demand professions.
I sincerely believe that there is no final upper limit in any field. What truly matters is the journey and continuous professional and personal development. Long ago, I defined my personal mission as “Developing people.” This is what energises me and makes me happy.
I feel a strong need to share knowledge and practical tools with you, dear colleagues. With this purpose, in 2018 we launched monthly development events for HR professionals and managers, which you can learn more about below.
Today, this initiative has grown into a fully established, professional, and very vibrant HR community—and you can become part of it too. Join us to receive plenty of support, knowledge, tools, and fresh insights, while significantly expanding your network of valuable professional contacts.
About HR breakfasts
Once a month, we meet for a useful HR Breakfast. Each breakfast has its own topic, which we announce in advance on social media and on our Telegram channel, “HR in Support of Business” (join the channel). Svetlana Scutelniciuc is the main speaker at most HR Breakfasts, but we also invite other accomplished professionals in their fields.
Each meeting consists of two main parts: a theoretical session and a practical session. The theoretical part is not simply a discussion of the announced topic; it presents specific tools, algorithms, and techniques that can be applied immediately at work. During the practical part, participants work in subgroups to practise what they have learned or develop possible solutions to a given challenge.
All HR Breakfasts take place in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. After all, it is a breakfast, so participants can always enjoy tea, coffee, and a variety of snacks.
New Year’s HR breakfast
We learn and grow throughout the year—and in December, we celebrate! We close the year with a fun, informal party.
Yes, that’s right—the December HR Breakfast takes place in the evening, with champagne and a generous festive table.
We always invite a secret guest to this event—someone whose identity is known in advance only to the organisers. The “secret guest” also helps participants learn and grow, but this time in a personal, everyday area focused on themselves.
Participants at our New Year’s HR Breakfasts can always expect valuable gifts, plenty of surprises, a packed programme, and, of course, dancing and karaoke until morning!

What makes our HR breakfasts special
Participants receive all materials by email, including the speaker’s presentation.
At every HR Breakfast, we give gifts to all participants!
A professional photographer is present at every HR Breakfast, and all photo reports are published on social media.
Participation terms
- HR Breakfasts are held according to the approved schedule, from 9:00 to 11:45. Please arrive 20–30 minutes earlier for registration, coffee, and relaxed networking before the session begins.
- The programme includes a 15-minute coffee break from 10:15 to 10:30.
- Venue: Bristol Central Park Hotel, Chișinău.
- Seating and interaction: tables are numbered; upon arrival, each participant randomly draws a table number and takes the corresponding seat.
- Participation fee: 600 lei for a single event (from 2026).
- You may purchase a pass for 8 HR Breakfasts, excluding the New Year’s event, at 550 lei per event. The pass is the only way to save, but it also requires commitment: if you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another person; if you miss a breakfast without sending a replacement, the fee is neither refunded nor carried forward.
- Participation is possible only with 100% advance payment.
- Early registration secures your place, as the number of participants is limited.
- Please enter your contact details correctly in the registration form so that we can reach you.
- If, for any reason, you cannot attend yourself or send another participant in your place, the payment is neither refunded nor carried forward.
