FAQ
What types of tasks do clients usually come to you with?+
Clients come to us when a company needs more clarity in its HR system, structure, management, KPI, motivation, processes, HR role or the work of managers. Often the request sounds like this: “something is not working, but we do not fully understand where the root problem is”. That is why we usually start not with a ready-made solution, but with clarifying the context, diagnosing the situation and defining priorities.
Do you work only with HR tasks?+
No. Our core expertise is indeed at the intersection of HR, people management and organizational development, but many tasks go beyond classic HR. We work with organizational structure, distribution of roles and responsibilities, business processes, KPI, management reporting, decision-making systems, leadership development and strategic sessions.
Do you work only in Moldova?+
No. We work mainly with companies from Moldova, but we also deliver projects for international organizations, donor-funded programmes and companies that need expertise in Russian, Romanian or English. The format can be online, offline or blended, depending on the task, geography and project logic.
In which languages do you work?+
We work in Russian, Romanian and English. Documents, reports, tools, training materials and presentations can be prepared in one or several languages if this is important for the team, donor-funded project or international client.
Can we start with a small task?+
Yes. In many cases, this is the most reasonable way to begin. We can start with diagnostics, a review of existing documents, a consultation, a short working session or one priority tool. After that, it becomes clearer whether it makes sense to move on to a more comprehensive project.
What happens during the first diagnostic meeting?+
During the first meeting, we discuss the business context, current situation, symptoms of the problem, expectations, constraints, urgency, stakeholders and desired result. The purpose of this meeting is not to “sell a project”, but to understand what the real task is and what format of support would be useful. Sometimes it becomes clear already during the first meeting that the company does not need a large transformation, but several precise management decisions.
Do we need to prepare documents before the first meeting?+
Not necessarily. For the first conversation, it is enough to describe the situation in your own words. If after the meeting we understand that deeper diagnostics are needed, we may request additional materials: organizational structure, job descriptions, KPI, regulations, HR data, examples of reports, survey results, compensation policy or other documents related to the task.
Do you replace the company’s HR team?+
No. We do not replace the internal HR team; we strengthen it with methodology, structure, tools and an independent expert view. Our role is to help HR and management see the system, clarify decisions, develop working tools and support implementation. If the company does not have an HR function, we can help build a basic system and define which HR roles are needed next.
Can you work directly with the owner or CEO?+
Yes. Many projects require the involvement of the owner, CEO or top team, because HR and management problems are often connected not only with HR processes, but also with business logic, the structure of responsibility, decision-making culture and management maturity. In such projects, we help turn fragmented expectations into a clearer system of decisions.
Do you work with managers, not only with HR?+
Yes. Managers are key participants in most HR and management projects. We develop and deliver programmes for managers, facilitate management sessions, and help build practices for feedback, delegation, task setting, 1:1 meetings, performance management, team accountability and change management.
What types of projects do you usually deliver?+
We work with HR audit, HR strategy, organizational structure, role descriptions, KPI, performance management, compensation and benefits, grading, recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, leadership development, HR metrics, business processes, strategic sessions and practical tools for companies and development projects.
Can you develop documents and tools “turnkey”?+
Yes. We can develop methodologies, policies, procedures, templates, Excel tools, questionnaires, checklists, training materials, methodological guides, practical guides, dashboards and management forms. But we try not to create documents “for the folder”. A good tool must be clear, applicable and embedded in the real work of the company.
Do you help implement the solutions you develop?+
Yes. Developing a document or tool is only part of the work. When needed, we support implementation: we hold working meetings, train HR and managers, explain the logic of the tool, help adapt solutions after the first tests and discuss what needs to change so that the tool actually starts working.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on the task. A small review or consulting block may take a few days. Diagnostics, tool development or a working session may take several weeks. More complex projects involving the HR system, KPI, motivation, structure or leadership development usually require a longer period. After the initial discussion, we propose a realistic format, timeline and stages.
How is the project cost calculated?+
The cost depends on the scale of the task, depth of diagnostics, number of people involved, volume of documents, need for interviews, facilitation, training, tool development and implementation support. We discuss the task, clarify the expected result and then propose the working format and cost. If the task is not yet clear, it is better to begin with a diagnostic conversation.
Can we book only a consultation without a large project?+
Yes. A one-time consultation, expert review, strategic advisory session or series of consultations is possible. This format is suitable if you need to discuss a difficult decision, check the logic of an HR project, prepare for changes, assess a document, structure a problem or get an independent view of the situation.
Do you work with confidential information?+
Yes. HR and management projects almost always involve sensitive information: employee data, salaries, structure, management problems, internal conflicts, survey results or strategic plans. We respect confidentiality and can work under an NDA if needed. In public materials, case studies are described only in anonymized form.
Can you work with international organizations and donor-funded projects?+
Yes. We have experience developing methodologies, tools, guidebooks, reports, training programmes and implementation plans for international organizations and development projects. In such projects, structure, evidence-based logic, practicality, a clear implementation approach and accurate work in several languages are especially important.
Do you work with small and medium-sized businesses?+
Yes. We work with small, medium-sized and larger businesses. For small and medium-sized businesses, it is especially important not to overload the system with overly complex corporate tools, but to develop solutions that match the company’s size, maturity, resources and real management culture.
What should we do if we do not know exactly which service we need?+
This is a normal situation. Clients often come not with the exact name of a service, but with a symptom: high turnover, weak accountability, chaos in KPI, overloaded managers, unclear roles, recruitment problems, conflict between functions or the feeling that the HR system does not support business growth. In this case, we start by discussing the context and help formulate the task.
Can you help if the problem seems not HR-related, but managerial?+
Yes. Many problems that initially look like HR problems are actually connected with management: unclear structure, blurred decision rights, lack of accountability, weak communication, overloaded managers, KPI that do not help manage the business, or conflict between functions. We work precisely at the intersection of HR and management.
Do you facilitate strategic sessions?+
Yes. We design and facilitate strategic, management and team sessions. This may be a session on growth priorities, organizational structure, distribution of responsibility, team agreements, HR strategy, KPI, changes or an action plan. We do not simply “moderate a conversation”; we help bring the discussion to clear decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
Do you provide training for managers?+
Yes. We design and deliver programmes for managers on people management, task setting, delegation, feedback, 1:1 meetings, motivation, performance management, situational leadership, change, accountability and management thinking. Training can be a separate programme or part of a broader project.
What will be the result of our cooperation?+
The result depends on the task, but we always aim for a practical outcome: clear diagnostics, understandable management logic, working tools, agreed decisions, documents that can be used, prepared managers, clearer roles, more manageable processes and a concrete plan for further actions.
How do we know that now is the right time to contact you?+
If the problem keeps repeating, decisions take too long, managers are overloaded, HR works reactively, employees leave, KPI do not help manage the business, roles overlap, the owner remains the “bottleneck”, or the team discusses a lot but agrees on little — this is a good moment to pause and look at the situation systemically.
How quickly do you reply?+
We usually reply within one business day. The request from the website goes to email and Telegram, so it does not get lost. If the matter is urgent, it is better to additionally write on Telegram or WhatsApp.
How do we begin?+
Send a request through the website form or write directly on Telegram / WhatsApp. Briefly describe the business context, the task and the desired result. After that, we will arrange a short diagnostic meeting and determine which working format will be most useful.
